Dogs / Puppies must be indoors. Will you be able to provide this environment?

Are you willing to take the time to socialise new and current animals together?*

Will you make the time exercise your animal?*

Will you work on basic obedience with your dog?*

The dog must not be sleeping outdoors overnight. Do you agree to this?*

If you became ill, is there someone to care for your dog / puppy?

Do you object to an interview as well as a house check being carried out?

Do you object to sending photos of where your new dog / puppy will be housed?*

If you move house, will the dog / puppy come with you. This includes Interstate or Overseas*
